These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ShotLog – GLP-1 Tracker mobile application (“App”), developed and operated by YILDIZCO YAZILIM IC VE DIS TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

ShotLog – GLP-1 Tracker is designed to help users track and manage GLP-1 related information for personal monitoring purposes.

The App is provided for informational and tracking purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The App does not provide medical advice.

All data, reminders, and insights are for informational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.

The Company is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from the use of the App.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes

Provide accurate information where required

Not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App’s functionality

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Subscription management and cancellation must be handled via your Apple ID settings

Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy

The Company does not control Apple’s billing or refund decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials within the App are the exclusive property of YILDIZCO YAZILIM IC VE DIS TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
